About Monica Napper
Bima Wear has many supporters and some extra special friends, including Monica Napper, who with her photographic expertise has tirelessly and generously supported us in our revamp efforts over the past 2 years.

We first met Monica over four years ago when she started her Tiwi Footy project and we have had a close relationship with her ever since.

It has been great fun for us to work with her on our photo shoots - everyone is very relaxed with each other and we think this comes across in the group photos especially.

Monica Napper is an overseas born photographer now based in the Northern Territory. Monica's life work is dedicated to assisting Indigenous people achieve empowerment through her always respectful and appropriate documenting of vitally important environmental and cultural issues and events.

Please Note: This book is BILINGUAL and features both the Tiwi language and English.
